Ah, to sleep, perchance to dream. If you have trouble settling down at night because your mind is racing, you need to first determine what is keeping you up at night. Sometimes stress is related to clutter, indecision and sleep deprivation. Daily exercise, even a 30 minute walk can help clear your mind and reduce stress enough to allow you to sleep better and achieve your goals.
