Some really interesting ideas - especially like the one about viewing sleep as the beginning of the new day.

I love this how flipping the viewpoint of sleep can make things more restful. I struggle with getting to bed at a reasonable hour after caring for my little ones, but I'm fighting to reclaim sleep time. Thanks for the gentle nudge.
